Guide post. Dated 1827 at top of west side. Sandstone (part rendered). Octagonal in section, and approx. 3 metres high; base of 2 chamfered blocks; tapered column, large triangular cap with ball finial surmounted by small cup-shaped iron bracket with a spur. Top of west side of column inscribed “1827”. Painted lettering and finger pointers on side of cap:-
