ACKWORTH WAKEFIELD ROAD (north SE41NN side) Ackworth Moor Top 2/35 Cleveland Lodge 29.4.1977 (Formerly listed as Nos 10, 12 and 14) – II

House, now 3 dwellings. Late C18, altered. Coursed squared sandstone with raised rusticated quoins, stone slate roof. L-shaped plan formed by double- depth main range with wing to rear of left end. Three storeys and 5 bays, in simple Classical style; symmetrical, with pedimented 3-bay centre; doorways with overlights to 2nd and 4th bays, large tripartite sashes to 1st and 5th, a single sashed window in the centre; 12-pane sashes at 1st floor; low 6-pane sashes at 2nd floor; all openings with plain stone surrounds; hipped roof; chimney at right-hand end. Rear wing in similar style, but altered. Interior: not inspected.
